Does it come as a set?Top and bottom all sold separately, cantik. So you can pair our kebaya with your own skirt etc.

Where is it made?All of our pieces are designed in Singapore and made in Indonesia.

What material is it made of?Our kebaya is made from premium cotton lace and non stretchy. Our rok batik is 100% cotton.

Are we able to try it on?We are an e-commerce business currently. However, we will be having pop-up booth so do follow us on our instagram @kebayawirda to not miss any updates.

Will it be restocked if it's sold out?We will not be restocking any kebaya/rok pieces once it has been sold out. We will be producing new designs/colours every collection. We want it to be exclusive and collectible pieces for our clients. If you are looking for an item that is sold out, chances are it won't be restocked. Almost all items are EXCLUSIVE LIMITED QUANTITY styles. You can always contact us to see if we will be restocking any specific items.

Can we do self pick-up?We provide self pick-up. However, PLEASE wait for the pickup email confirmation first. Due to large numbers of orders, we require more time to pack. Thank you

How much is the local shipping fee?It's $5 registered mail. 2-3 working days.

Can you provide same day delivery?Yes! We are able to do same day delivery with Grab Express. Just check out and click pick up for collection and arrange your own grab express. Please DM us on IG to liaise. Thank you

What kind of payment method do you accept?We accept credit/debit card payment via paypal.

Do you accept cash payment?Yes only during our pop-up booth.

What if i dont have a paypal account?You dont need to have a paypal account. Just check out via paypal and there will be a 'check out as guest' option.

Can we do an exchange?EXCHANGE OR REFUND We only accept exchange or refunds when items* are: (i) faulty (ii) incorrect FOLLOWING REASONS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED AS A VALID REASON FOR AN EXCHANGE/REFUND: "I've changed my mind" "The color doesn't suit me" "I don’t want it anymore" "I want to change the color/design" All orders on kebayawirda.com will be thoroughly checked before being sent out for delivery. However, in an unfortunate event where item received is incorrect or faulty, please email us at info@kebayawirda.com or DM us on instagram @kebayawirda with information and evidence. You will hear from our team within 48 hours on the next step of our return/exchange process. Items must be returned to us within 7 days of your receipt of the order to be eligible for an exchange or refund. All items need to be returned to us in their original condition; unworn, unwashed and complete with original packaging and garment tags attached. We will not offer an exchange or refund for any other reason except those stated above. please ensure you’ve checked sizing charts and note on any specific description on our clothing before purchasing as they are not considered as a defect and we are not held liable if the items are not of the right size for you. *Sale items will not be exchanged or refunded.
